These aren't mods/custom content but they're useful and helpful cheats (shift+ctrl+c) ~

hideheadlineeffects on/off - gets rid of speech bubbles and stuff like those - good for taking pictures

moveobjects on/off - allows objects to be put anywhere

moviemakercheatsenabled true/false - choose from the game's list of animations - good for taking pictures

testingcheatsenabled true/false - allows one to make needs static/dynamic, increase relationship, etc.
